How It Works
1 - Complete the Operator Expression of Interest
We want to make sure that we can provide value for the companies that we partner with so the first step is to tell us a little bit about yourself, your company and the type of trips you offer. You can do this by completing our Operator Expression of Interest form below. Once we have received and reviewed it, we will get in touch with some additional information and to discuss any questions you, or we may have.
2 - Register Your Company & Provide Your Trip Information
If we both agree that the FarCloser platform is a good fit, we’ll get your account set up so that we can start uploading your data. Once your account is created, it’s easy to add your trips to FarCloser. We can either access an existing data feed that you provide or we can give you the tools you need to manually get your profile, trip details and contact information loaded into our system.
3 - Connect with Travellers
Our team will then get to work loading your trips into the platform so that travellers can start discovering what you offer. When they see something they like, they can message you, or your preferred sales contact, to have any pre-booking questions answered.
4 - Get paid
Once the travellers decide to book, we collect their information and payment details and send you a booking request so that you can confirm availability on the requested departure. Once confirmed, we collect payment from the traveller and hold it until 14 days after the trip departs. If you require special payment transfers (such as deposits, please let us know when we discuss the partnership.
